These sessions contain no energetic additions.
Lumen is a meditative inner journey. Guided by my voice in Light Language.
Spoken and sung frequencies that resonate with your mind, body, and soul.
During this journey, you’ll receive meaningful insights.
PROGRAMMES
In the programmes, we set a goal to work towards within the agreed timeframe.
The journey is more important than the endpoint.
The programmes are a blend of the Ember, Ignite, Lumen and Lightcoaching sessions.
You can choose between an individual 1:1 programme or a programme within a small group.
