Everything I've been through: the pain, the breaking points, the moments I completely lost myself...
I didn't leave behind.
I went into it. Deeper and deeper.
Not to understand it with my mind, but to feel it with my whole body, my soul, my system.
That's a lifetime of work. And I'm still in it.
That's normal: we carry what we need, life after life.
I find that fascinating. I'm genuinely curious about it.
I want to go deep.
WHY I DO THIS
Because I long for a life that can be soft.
That doesn't feel like a fight.
That doesn't push against the current;
I know what it's like to feel like you're standing alone in it: people around you not seeing it, not understanding...
and still something inside you knowing: it can be different.
"I've had enough. I want something different now."
That longing drives me.
And it's what I recognise in the women I work with.

Because the deepest why of what I do is that everyone has their own way of living, and we are allowed to want to actually make that real. To genuinely enjoy life.
