It may also be supportive for anyone recovering from surgery, who is in need of a softer form of guidance.
Lightcoaching can also serve as an in-between check-in.

What happens during a Lightcoaching session?

I open myself as a channel and allow through what wishes to be seen and heard.
We expand your perspective.
